Author Talk with Jeff Mao: Essential Chinese Hot Pot

Jeff Mao's new book, Essential Chinese Hot Pot Cookbook, gives you all the flavorful recipes and simple techniques you need to create a belly-warming hot pot feast at home.

Jeff Mao will be at PML to talk about all things hot pot. He'll also have some ingredients on hand for a show-and-tell to help people with shopping in an Asian market.

Jeff is a career educator and technologist. In addition to his day job, he is the owner of Knead and Nosh, where he bakes, cooks and teaches cooking classes. If you're lucky, you might have bought his bagels at the Cumberland Farmer's Market this summer.
