In partnership with Mr. Drew. https://mrdrewandhisanimalstoo.com/

For teens ages 12+
(Teens in MSAD51 do not have school on Friday, October 7)

Did you know around 3,000 ethnic groups practice entomophagy? Human insect-eating (anthro-entomophagy) is common to cultures in most parts of the world, including Central and South America, Africa, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. 80% of the world's nations eat insects of 1,000 to 2,000 species.

Mr. Drew will introduce you to a new world in the epicurean delight of eating bugs! Sample a variety of insects naturally, seasoned, and in a number of dishes, like cricket basmati rice, scorpion English muffin pizza, and mealworm sugar cookies. **FOOD ALLERGY WARNINGS: MAY CONTAIN NUTS, DAIRY, WHEAT, EGG, OR SEAFOOD**

Bring your appetite and your sense of adventure!
